At Sorry Works! Consulting, LLC we work to undo all these years of bad advice by teaching people how honesty is not only the right thing to do, but also the smart thing to do.

Sorry Works! Consulting was originally established in early 2007 to assist hospitals, doctors, and insurers struggling to learn how to say "sorry."

We've produced high quality content, presentations and consulting on Sorry Works! that has helped thousands of medical, insurance, and legal professionals.
